Frozen top bolt, drivers side. Won't budge even using an impact wrench. Have used Blaster and Free All without luck. Any suggestions?

I've had a set of Craftsman nut/bolt extractors for many years that has always worked for me when the hex head of the bolt or hex nut has been rounded off like that. Intense heat helps as well but that's a tough area to be using a torch or an induction heater for bolts.

I do have a set of bolt extractors, both SAE and Metric that I have used, but still no budge. Tried heat and still won't budge. Noticed a You Tube video removing the steering knuckle to access the bolt. Not sure I want to go that route.

Since you're replacing the hub, you can always just grind off the head and replace the bolt. If you split the knuckle from the LCA you might be able to make enough room for a cutting wheel.

Where can I locate accurate torque specs for the bearing and the axle nut? Getting various info.

The hub-to-knuckle bolts and the axle nut are all 90 lbs/ft. See FAX-7 and FAX-17 here:
