Front Axle

Ok so I took my M to the dealer for a wheeel bearing issue under aftermarket warrenty that's about to expire in August. So I told the services adviser to just go throught the car and fix whatever you find under warrenty he calls me back and gives me this

1 rack and pinion leaking bad
2 right axle that was just replaced 2 1/2 years ago very small leak at the band
3 wheel bearing

The only thing they wouldn't cover was the axle i just dont get it why the f*** would this thing be leaking after to years my car
sites in the garage all winter and I dont drive it hard, so any way the tech siad it's realy small not an issue but still, and the warrenty company gave them a hard time about the wheel bearing cause I have 20" wheel on my car but I'm not feeling this axle s*** I'm going to have my mechanic amother boot on the deal was trying to charge me 300 for it
