Fromt Bumper Problems!

An 18 wheeler tired popped off on my way to Austin Texas last week landing directly in front of me and boy did it screw up my bumper. Car shop estimated 700 for paint and labor. I found a brand new bumper online for about 220. The problem is I am not that certain on how to get the bumper off anyone have thread that can give me instructions on how to get it off thanks!
