don't know of any sales for 03-04 M45's, but have you at least test drove an 06+ M45? i'd say test drive both and then make a call. as far as finding an 03-04, why don't you go on autotrader.com? i'm sure they will have at least one or two on there.

here is a silver one:

good luck with your search and hope you find that perfect M, i know i did.

WOW from the Benz world to the Infiniti. Im considering selling look at the url below with all the goodies.

Be aware that you'll be stuck and not able to purchase any after market parts in the US for the beast.

Question: why are you moving from the w220

well.. the 03 04 M is base and didnt come in sport or anything like that. The cars are the same with the exception of the CD player location (03 is in the glove box and 04 is in the deck) low mileage well maintained is the way to go. Make sure the oil changes have been done (preferably synthetic oil)

I was also in love with that blk interir with grey, but once i found out that it didnt have the grey marble shift knob... i was out and the bird-eye was staring me down from that point on. Birds-eye wood has the matching knob

well number 1 the y34 preforms better i've owned about 8 mercedes an two of them are w220s an s430 and the s500 pictured. number 2 maintenance cost im a diy'er and with the w220 it's only like 30% diy thats it and this is coming from a guy who pulls his own motors (in the honda/acura world) because i also own a 2001 acura type-r that i race as a hobby it's hard taking your car to a dealership because they only have the tools to work on your car but half the common sense car knowledge that you have you know and yeah thanks for the heads up on the aftermarket parts i'll be importing all of my parts hell i've already ordered tein springs and dont even have the car yet! but thats the way i've always done it bring the new toy home with a garage full of parts !

Im gonna get flammed for this , but....tein springs! is it too late to cancel? You may be pissed off with those from what I've seen one here. The rears sit lower than the front with those tein springs, but yeah we have a couple of benz's in the garage and they can be painful when they break. Recently I've changed the rear brakes on one and the EPS/BAS relay under the brake pedal, but other than that............ We've had to change the ingition assembly and get new keys, but all under warranty ($1800) worth of work and parts.

oh, how much for the w220? i notice you got some brabus pieces on it with the brabus style rims.

Hello,Welcome to NICO. I honestly believe that the Y34 is one of the best values on the used market period. Especially now. Only two years ago, I paid 28k for my 2004 CPO. At the prices they are going for now, ridiculous value. Still content with what I paid. I love my car more each day.

I would recommend trying to snag a 2004. The CD location is actually huge to me. Enough that I drove 750 miles to find a 2004 with the Premium/Technology package. Especially on long road trips, the ability to change discs on the fly is very convenient. Also, a much higher percentage of 2004's were available with the Premium/Technology package, which is quite difficult to find in 2003's.

Also, some 2004's might still be under factory warranty depending on the in service date. This is important for adding the Infiniti Elite Warranty, which is highly recommended. I will point out that some here have been successful in adding Elite after the factory warranty lapses. However, in theory, it can only be added while under the factory warranty.Good luck on your search hopefully you will be a member of the tribe very soon.Cheers,AD

Not sure about that grey ( smoked brids eye) maybe and when you say colors are you asking about interior leather? If so, Black,Willow and possibly Grey I think

I know you are looking for black on black, but my car is half way there. I've got it listed for a great price right now with most of the common M45 issues addressed already. There is a link in my signature for more info.

Regardless, the Y34 is a great car and I'm sure you'll love it!

CakeDaddy, I think you have the "Stone" interrior. Graphite is almost black. I have it in my 2008 M35 Sport

I think this comment was directed at me. The interior looks lighter in the picture because of the flash. It is definitely Graphite, per the window sticker. Also, stone is an off white, beige-ish interior.

Wheat is the "beige-ish" white. Stone is a light gray. I had it in my 2006 G35.
