well ive posted pics before on a previous thread that died so im gonna do a better one and make it my build thread... this is it...

well my car used to look like this

then i painted it

then some gypsy of an a$$#*!< hit me in my own driveway

fixed it

repainted...

got coilovers and thought it would be cool to drive millimeters from disasterraised it obvoiusly

did some interior designing

fixed my ride height problem

to a good enough height

moved up to nor cal for school... student loans are a great inventiongot my car painted...

more pics of my fail "stance"=(garbage)

my FAIL bumper/wheel fitment

and my current bay area "safety/fail" ride height

well thats it for now... my fail stance will no longer be a part of my life thus, my next project --->suspension parts and "proper" alignment and possibly new wheels hopefully.... with my next student income support check or money that is thrown at me from the g parents

suggestions are welcome

Student loans to pay for a paint job on a disposable car? I'm sure you won't regret that 10 years from now...

I do like the NSX sitting in the background.

I love this car. I saw it a while back online before. When i first saw it at school i thought it looked familiar. I parked next to you a few times. I've got a plain black stock Chuki Fastback with 180sx badges. I was wondering if that front bumper you have is the GP Sports G-Sonic bumper? I've been looking/thinking about getting that style, i don't currently have the $$$$, but at some point i'll get something done on my car.

No. You don't run FMIC on a stock KA.

that was me back in the day driving back from D1 the car show... and the nsx is my fathers... as we type its getting a whole new theme and engine with something that spools and sounds like its whipping a slave or something... enough of that... it probobly wont be done till SEMA this year

so yes i painted over the teeth on my FMIC... no i dont run a stock kait may seem like it cuz my car is quiet as stock with my silencer, till i blow off...i dont want to have "unwanted" attention, especially if i must keep a perfect MVR for 3 years straight for my future job
tunerinms wrote:what size are those wheels?
they are gram lights 57f ....17x9 +35 in the front 17x10.5 +40 in the rear i used to run 245 40 up front and 255 40 in the rear but i was scarred of bay area streets so i went with 45's just to be safe

10 years from now i see myself being financially stable.... with a stable of beasts and a good income

ive acquired a welded open diff and some spacers to "make sexy time" wheel/fender flushness ... any body know anyplace or person i could go to to get my rear fenders rolled and possibly pulled/flared???

pics of junk i bought will be up tomorrow... promise

I'm actually in Auto/NATT, and currently i'm in course 17 right now. lol. I've been parking in the main parking lot lately because it's closer, so that's probably why you don't see me around much anymore. When i was parking by the shop, i was in course 28, so i was bringing my car over by that side more often. When i'm out of electrical, i'll probably park over there more so i'm not around all of the lifted trucks and Mustangs. lol.

well i bought the diff like that... i got it for $40 so its not that bad of a dealjust got to take it apart and clean it up then reweld it up nicerget all that excess "splatter" out of the gears and stuff... does any one know what diff fluid goes in there when i fill her back up???

i might paint the whole diff case bright pink, or something outrageous like gold, purple, highlighter green, maybe even ZEBRA print

the thinner spacers up front and the thicker ones out back...but from the looks of it though i might need to get my fenders rolled ... but the question is where and who to go to and trust... maybe just get some over fenders and call it a day??? idk???

stop by the shop every one there is cool, alot of nissan guys there. like two srt4 guys and a bunch of cool dudes... i think my dads nsx might be there or it could also be at a place called aerodyne industries in the city of industry... andy and quinn run that shop and ....andy of whom was part of team tarzan time attack 2009... he is building the motor for the nsx

andy also built this twin turbo beast of a g37

this is high end days before it hit SEMA ... right after it was painted flat black

ima be taking a break from school and ill be driving back down south in two weeks so ima jump right into whatever projects are happening at the shoptill i have to go back to school in july... so ill take a lot of pics...

i might even make a carbon fiber roof spoiler and a trunk lip for my car while im down in so cal

tomorrow test fit day

I use 75w90 synthetic gear oil in my diff. Friction modifier optional but I guess you don't really need it if you are running welded diff lol!
