Dear David Lockard,

We have received your request for a refund due to you for order number 80432. Your refund has been added into our queue and you will be credited within the next 14 days. Once credit has been issued, you will receive an email confirming the credit along with the transaction number. It could take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or in your checking account due to the internal policies of your issuing bank.**********************************************

That was the last thing they sent me, I’ve sent them about 15 emails since then, called them, etc. NO response. They are a scam. I look at the Better Business Bureau and find that many people have had this problem. If you order from them, you *might* get your item, you might not. But the thing that I’m certain of is if you give them money, kiss it goodbye, you’ll either get a product or not, you will NOT ever see that money again. It’s been over a month since I was supposed to get a refund, and a month and a half since I made the order. It is honestly the worse service I’ve ever experienced from an online store. Unless their prices is far lower than anyone else, don’t waste your time.

I bought some injectors off of sideways 240sx and they didnt work right either. They leaked... I'm not sure what the problem was, but I figured i'd put new injectors in to make sure they were good. I'm just replacing the engine now so I don't need them at all.

One time some place sent my brother all the wrong stuff, and tried to tell him it was right, so we called the credit card company and told them to cancel the payment or something, after we called the company and had to argue with them. Then after we told them we had canceled it and all, they faxed us a pre-paid thing to the stuff back!:rockon

Yeah, that often works out great with Credit card companies, epsecially ones that are willing to up to bat for you. Maybe i'll call my bank and see if there is anything they can do.

I've decided i'm going to call the company and bugg the hell out of them. I've called the owner a few times and left messages :) I've called sales directors, etc. I'm going to nagg them till I see my 300 bux. Or at least they'll spend 300 bux on staffing fees and such just for people to talk to me.

Yeah.. I called my bank (Wells fargo) and they are going to investigate why they have not given me a refund, and if the company does not respond, they're going to stop the payment and give me my cash back. yay!
