Civics. A buddy of mine wrecked his '97 civic ex (exhaust, intake, lowered, rims, carbon fiber hood) and got a big fat check for like $8,000. I was relieved, because he was ok, and I thought he'd buy a nice car, something w/ style, like a 240. What did he buy? Another civic. And its much ricier.
Intake. Exhaust. Header. Coilovers. Carbon fiber hood. Full body kit. Large wing. Neon underchassis glow. Windshield fluid jet lights. Sigh. The exhaust sounds like ****; its some old DC Sports crap. It's not even fast. My 240 w/ intake/exhaust would absolutely kill that thing.
At least its got a good quality, custom system w/ component speakers and two 12"s.
Why didn't he just buy a 2k junker 240 and put and SR into it? Sigh . . . he's my freind, but I wanna slap him. What would all ya'll do if he was your freind?

And actually my car isnt "rusted" out, and prolly in better condition then urs... Kept garaged ALL its life in the silicon valley by my uncle. Had 88g when i got it, pretty damn low for a 89. By "rusted out garbage," I hope you didn't make the mistake of refering to my car. Don't get me wrong, I could give a sh*t less what you think of my car. The term "rusted out garbage" in reference to my 240 is just plain erroneous. every person that's seen my car has told me its one of the cleanest 240s they've seen. For a 93, the body and paint are in superb condition; the paint is still very bright; it only has 73k miles; and the motor has been babied.
I'm hoping what you said I've read wrong, because its 11 and I'm f00kin' tired.
If you don't believe me, I'll send you a picture, and I think you'll agree.
