Friends car vandalized with us in it

So we get done watching the sneak preview of that skater movie, Grind, it's a lame retarded movie btw, but we get out of it, we are with his little brother and his friend, they are skaters so we just went to see it. We are walking out and his lil bro (13) see's other people walking out and he just yells out "POSERS!!!!" to them all.

So some group of 4 cool kids yell back some ish about "come say that to my face bitc.h motherfvcker" and whatnot and we just keep on moving, they walk towards us for a second, but just go sideways and go about thier business being cool. So we all get in his car (I will post a pic later) and we are driving by, and they are close, and it just rained, so he spins the wheels a little for them, and locks it up while braking for the cool mall stop sign. He revvs it up as he drives by them. They chase us for literally, a good 1000 feet, across the whole side of a giant macy's, a big parking lot for the mall, and a big parking lot for various resteraunts while we are waiting at a light. I just roll up my window and lock the door and don't look at them, I don't feel like getting out and dealing with them, or getting my friends kid brother stabbed or something. So they are like "YO GET OUT b**** COME ON KEEP TALKING s*** COME ON GET OUT b****" and rex just waves them off. So the lights turn greens and they kick it, and SMACK THE REAR UNIPANEL WITH THIER SKATEBOARD (only one actually had a board) so he pulls into a water station across the street, huge dent. He's pissed. A couple in a truck pull up behind us like "uhh..wtf..we saw what they just did" so cops were called and ****, but rex's uncle shows up, and he's like, "why didn't you do anything?" to us (he's like 25) and we're all "well they all look about 3 yrs older, there are 4 of them and we have them with us" (them = his lil bro and his friend) and he just sais "alright well...i'm here..lets go" we saw them walk into the park next to mall and we are all about to roll out, and the cop shows up and so does a helicopter, so we don't leave even though his uncle is on his way over to the park already. His uncle finds them but doesn't get out since they have a nice big search light on them.

So cops show up, detain them, get our story, they say 2 of them (the one that kicked and the one that hit with the board) are being heald.

Long story short, they decided rex's little brother could be charged with disorderly conduct for random yelling. So the slew of relatives/friends of the family that have showed up decide to drop it all because they don't want Ryan having a record, and they can sue them in small claims anyways for the damage.

It's just retarded. People have no respect, some words from a 13yr old and some spun tires should not get you that butt hurt.

Ok I can't find a hosted pic of his car. It's gone a shogun style kit and pretty pro paint job. Oh well. Life goes on.
