My friend with s14 sr had a boost issue. He set his boost controller at 15psi, but the thing will barely make 4 psi.Any ideas?

the bov may only be holding 4psi, thats why it won't boost over that. If you run a straight line to the wastgate, the boost should be around 7psi. If not its a bov problem, intercooler or piping leak, or a fault wastgate. It think it is the bov
