Red 1990 Civic hatch.Swapped motor.Nice.

Was stolen while he was inside at his friends house... the car was parked out front.

Here is a link for pics of ithttp://www.jmsperformanceproducts.com/images/civic

Please keep an eye out for it if you see it driving around. He was almost finished with it too. Almost 10,000 into it out of his own pocket. He also had sponcers for auto-x...

I'm sorry to hear that. I have to be the reality check here though. His car is gone. It's a Honda Civic, which is impossible to find. My buddy had his 1999 Civic Si stolen a few months ago and never found it. and that was in Kansas.

Hey man tell him to hang in there. We've been through it with an insane swapped del sol. There is a big ring that steals honda's up in cleveland that has connections down there. Chances are you'll find the car stripped down and the parts will stay local with these guys. Let me know if you want some names and numbers or some investigators that are good people. Might be able to help you and your dude out.

sorry to hear that, but considering that it's a civic it'll be tough to find. I'll keep an eye out for it though.

Like 90Q45blue said, it's gone. You might want to keep an eye out on ebay or honda boards for someone selling the motor. A friend of mine's civic was stolen a few weeks ago, they found it last week with no engine, no interior, and only enough suspension pieces/steel wheels to roll it off a flatbet

if hes lucky the police might be able to pick it up, but if they used a truck chances are slim. next time, a kill switch at the pump might not be a bad idea

How did it get stolen? Being it was parked out in fornt of his friend's house they must of known about the car. Did they see them taking off or any leads about it?

As far as I know, someone broke into it, wired it, and drove off. They were inside playing a videogame, so I don't know if they would have heard it or not...-Kev

If he's smart and you guys want it bad enough, you WILL recover the parts. We got the car, the motor, the turbo kit, the transmission, even little crap down to like radar detector and e-brake handle back. I mean some stuff wasn't recovered but IMO if we had kept busting *** we could have probably found more. Regardless, if you want it, you will find it. Just got to know what you're doing and know who to talk to and where to look.
