Friend needs help with fuel pump...

A friend of mine doing his SR swap is having a bit of a problem. His fuel pump does not start when the car is turned on. He's tried everything under the sun to find out what's wrong, fuse, relay, harness, ECU, etc. etc. I believe the fuel pump he's using is a Walbro 255lph from his original car (he had the engine in another S13 but swapped it into a newer year chassis) and he's using the Power FC, D-Jetro model, as the ecu. it starts in the 7th post down, his name on that board is carluch240. After exhaustive researching, testing and experimentation, we're both still baffled. Any clues or advice would be much appreciated.
