Well, I think I messed up my ECU. I changed the plug from the SR ECU and the KA ECU because the one on the SR had corrosion and rust on the pins and one of the pins fell off. Car ran fine but I didnt feel comfortable riding around with rust and corrosion on my ECU pins. Anyways, to make a long story short now the car runs EXTREMELY rich. I have fuel pouring out of my exhaust manifold ( I have an exhaust leak I was going to fix) and the car runs like poo. I'm going to change ECU's with a friend to be sure but I'm pretty sure thats what it is. I'm an electronic tech and am pretty handy when comes to things like this but every dog has his days. Also do any of you guys know what the pink wire on big pins ( top left hand side) is to? I checked and got that it was an EGR (EAI?) pin or something like that, just want to be sure. That wire was disconnected and when I connected it back it made no difference. I'm also going to have to put fresh plugs, didnt get to check, but fuel pouring out of my manifold is clue enough for me.Bah I'm kickin myself in the *** for this. The car ran perfect before all of this crap.

have you checked your fuel pressure for an unusually high pressure yet? also, if the car had had an excess of fuel dumped into it for whatever reason, it needs to clear all that out. Sometimes a car just needs to run for a little while to clear out all the excess.

here's a redtop ecu plug. Unfortunately, I don't have wire colors for it, and i'm too lazy to cross reference back to the KA plug (which I think you got the EGR wire from, or it was off the S14 ECU plug). Which pin was it that you said was the EGR? Pin 1 or pin 101?

Woops, misread that part...

You're an electronic tech, open the sucker up and find out what's fried.

Unsure about that wire becaue its not referenced as a pink wire but take a look here:

Well that's what it was . I put another ECU in and the car ran fine, rich due to the fact that so much fuel was dumped in it, but fine. Thanks for the pinout Bart. Nothing is physically "fried" so I dont know what caused it. I had unplugged the battery when I took out the ECU so that wasnt the cause. Oh well at least my car runs again.llamabeta, give me a call when you get it running, maybe we can meet up again. Glad to hear you got it in. Was it the heater hoses that were blocking it from going farther?Good Luck.

I'm sure that was part of it. I still had to drop the subframe a couple inches. It still took some doing beyond that with clearance. It's in now though so I'm pleased. Bolt up the driveshaft and put the hoses\wiring\fluids in and hopefully shell turn over. *Fingers Crossed*
