Fried ECU...Can i fix it???

Hey,

I was just wondering if you could fix a fried ecu? Or is it done!? I just want to know i could just chip it and it would okay again or there would be something that can never be fixed?

If there are any links that someone can forward me too that would be great!

What year is your car? Some of the older ECUs are going for less than $30 in salvage yards.

Do a search at http://www.car-part.comThe page number highlighted in gray has the lowest prices.

You could also see if someone who did an SR swap has an old ECU lying around that matches your car.
