Ok long story short i miss-wired one of the coils backwards and fried the coil, and in turn i think ecu. positive went where it was supposed to, but i mixed up the ground and ignitor signal wires.

The ecu power light wont turn on unless i manually ground the eccs relay, and the fuel pump wont come on no matter what, Once i manually ground the eccs relay i can get the ecu to turn on and pull codes, i get

11 cas 13 ect temper ( not connected ) 54 a/t comp

You guys think i fried the ecu?? I can get the car to do nothing but crank and crank no matter what, also you think i fried the cas too??

And yes the coil popped, it was pretty violent lol

i did, i think theres something fried internally though because of i bridge pin c55 and the other side of the diode it will activate the the eccs relay however it still wont start, i have a feeling that the cas is dead also.

Hmm...Do you have another ECU? I've got an extra but I won't be at the shop until probably Friday or Saturday. I know you've got a lot of parts but if you can use an ECU I've got you covered.

I've used both a 94 and a 95 on a 90-93 harness. I'd assume it would be compatible the other way?

they are pin compatible, the 94-95 ecu has a few other active pins (fans really) that the 90-93 ones do not...will not harm anything.

Ok i solved the problem i feel vastly stupid but whatever , the coil popped but apperntly did not cause any damage. The ecu and cas where both fine, as it turns out a small strand of copper wire had some how fallen into the plug receptacle on the cas and when i would put the plug in it would short out the signal leads. So stupid me. drrr
