lol the story is there dude, read the thread.
s14tan wrote:Well i was on my to get a hair cut before work and I turned down the street that my barber shop was on. I forgot that the road was seriously jacked up with 3in wide by 4 inch deep cracks and about 20 pot holes. well I was going about 30mph (speed limit was 45 for that road BTW) and I hit the crack and it cause my car to hydroplane, I quickly tried to counter steer but ran into a few pot holes that made me lose even more control and I just see a telephone pole get closer and closer and then BAM! airbag smacks me in the face ripping up my forehead and caused my eye to bleed for a good hour I thought I was blind in one eye for a while till i picked up my broadway mirror from the back seat and saw it was just bloody as hell. I crawl out of the car onto the wet pavement and struggle to stand up on my two feet, (I was really shook up) and no one offered to even stop for the guy with the bloody face that is standing next to a wrecked car. ( I couldn't find my phone in the car) and a by stander in a jaguar pulled over and called the police, and medics.

Yeah pretty much it as far as I remember.

medics told me to try and stay awake for at lease 10 hours and bandaged up my forehead and eye. ( my eye is fine BTW, just really swollen to where I can't see out of it)

thats about it.

You 100% sure you were only going 30MPH? After seeing the pics, it looks like more speed or shenanigans may have been involved...

I grew up and learned how to drive in Washington State, which is constantly raining with crappy driving surfaces. When I was 16, I spun my Integra out in the rain from locking the brakes up for a split second when trail braking around a corner. I was going 45 or so... but I told the officer I was doing about 30.

Lol I really am not BSing you guys, I really was going 30, maybe even less.

I when I counter steered it was heading away from the pole but like I said before I hit a couple pot holes and it made my wheel turn the other direction and before I could react to that it was too late.

I should of learned how to drift instead of autoX lol.

Damn man sucks to hear. Hope you get well soon. You're not the only one. A friend of mine had a bus switch lanes into him today in his Jetta. The car is all jacked up on the side.

No, I'm being serious. You can blame whatever you want, but it was your driving that put you into that pole. You're in denial if you're blaming anything else.

Sorry, but slow down.

Dude I was going 30MPH, the set speed limit was 45MPH.How much slower do you want me to go?!

If you hit a big puddle of water does it not cause your car to pull one way or another?

Let me guess its my fault the water was there?

Quit being a Ethug , you weren't there so how the hell would you know what happened?

I'm sorry I don't have bad a$s driving skills like you

Douche.

dude 30 is too fast for a 240 when it's raining. i drive 15 miles per hour on the highway if I have to. but when weather is down I never take her out. maybe your tires were bad too.

this will affect you lifetime wise. you won't be driving fast on wet roads. been there too.

Oh hell no, how can this happen to someone more than once in a short period of time. Didn't something happen to your car like what 3/4 months ago s14tan?

I was haulin' azz on the freeway in my S13, couple of days ago when we had this retarded rain fall in Chitown. I was doing like 100KPH(that's right my speed show only KPH (180sx Kouki cluster)) that's about like 60-63mph I guess. My wipers were working over time. I was changing lanes quite frequently, I even passed on the left shoulder. Some c00cksuka was in left lane driving like 55 and this stupid straight truck pulled right in front of me. I was in center lane, this douche-bag was in 3rd left lane with a truck(dont know what he was doing there in a first place). Than he cut me off, I went left and I knew he was accelerating to keep me behind the car in left lane. So I down shifted and hit it and passed both of them in the left shoulder.I drove semis too, I'm sure he was surprised. Cause I get pissed off when cars drive like $hit in front of me, and there is no reason to. So I guess I should slow down, cause what happened to you could of happened to me too.

Anyway you got to fix here once again when you feel better. Maybe a S14 front clip could save it, but cant tell the extent of the damage from pixs.

By the way what's up with the youtube cartoon link way above on this page?

I am honestly a little bit more upset about this then i should be.

Buuuuuuut..........

First, For those of you who see the pic and think he is going faster or was messing around. Think about the money he shelled out to fix the damn thing, Why in the hell would he risk f***ing it up again by jacking around? I think his reputation has served him well enough here on NiCO to know that he is NOT an Idiot Ricer. It is COMPLETELY possible for the car to be in that bad of condition only going 30mph if not less. How much does a car way? what is the surface area of the entire front of the car? what is the area of the stupid a** poll? Who knows Newtons law? Let me put it simple, The part of the car that DID hit the poll clearly stopped, The front of the car that did not hit anything kept moving because it was not acted upon by an outside force at the time of impact. Common sense people. THE SLOWER YOU GO OVER A POT HOLE the more prone to resistance your car becomes.... Think about it.

You people can be serious a** hats sometimes, He is one of our fellow Niconaughts and all some of you have to say is stupid s***. Guess what guys? s*** happens, and OMG guess what?! it is not always because someone is d!ck around.

If this were to happen to say "Broadfield" or "Kylipso(i know i spelled it wrong but you all know who i am talking about)", Even "Brian Hatre"(all of which are great guys btw). NONE of you would second guess yourselves to saying something along the lines of "omg i am so sorry that happened, because i know you drive like a God and this just cant randomly happen to you because you are made of awesome. It had to be an error in the road that caused you to crash because you are just to good for that to happen too." Don't even front because you ALL know its true.

Another thing that ticks me off! (has nothing to do with NiCO) People who see someone in need and just watch! You f***ing crashed, Ur on the floor and i know damn well at least 4 or 5 people passed you just ASSUMING someone else has already called 911 or something to help you out. They only care about themselves.... Its pathetic and disgusting. I can not understand for the life of me why so many people live in fear (With the exception of a lot of things mind you, but still.) , but no one wants to hear me b**** about that.

Secondly, It really makes me mad that this kind of s*** happens to the people who are TRYING to save a 240 or are TRYING to live a legit life. And there are dumb asses out their killing other people doing stupid s*** in their "Ferrari" of a civic, and still walk away unharmed. it is seriously f***ed up.

OP, i am sorry that happened to you. I am glad you are ok. Let us know what your plans are. If it does not involve a 240 you are still one of us haha.

94_240sx, Where the hell do you live?! Are you guys both up by Dallas? Have you ever been to Jhot Imports near Denton maybe even Abaline i think? i would like to know if it is worth traveling up from San Antonio for.

I have lots of Love and respect for all of you, no matter how d!ck some of you can be.

Keep the peace.

One Love,

Ghasty

PS: i am kind of tired so if this did not make any sense........ thennnnnnnn i dunno, good i guess haha!

That was a nice Zenki, and I'm sorry you lost her again. I hope you heal fast and find another car soon.

Did you have any suspension or steering damage from the first accident? If so, that may have been why the car was harder to control in the rain. Just a thought.
