With everything else done on the car I can't understand why someone would roll out without have the aftermarket headlight housings painted up. It's like buying a new Rolex and wearing it around without having the band resized.mcrews wrote:

"...without have(ing) the aftermarket headlight housing painted up"
It is 'painted up'.
It is normally chrome.

You must have nice roads up in Sacto though, those rubber band tires that G is running would never work around here. It could maybe drive a couple of miles before popping one and dinging a rim.
It must be me that's missing something, I think they look like unprimered plastic. In any case, it seems like odd colour choice. I'd either go for a contrasting colour or a spot-on match, with the white wheels I'd have certainly gone for the match.mcrews wrote: ************Maybe I'm missing something.

I'm betting those tires were smaller than the ones on that G too.mcrews wrote: Or.....he has a street set and a show set.....
I raced an Rx7 in SCCAII showroom stock many yrs ago. My track tires fit in the area under the rear hatch - all 4 flat in the space. The street tires overlapped and barely fit.
