So I bought these off of another NICO member thinking that they would fit on my '01 QX4 but they don't. They will only fit Pathfinders. So I'm offering them up for $75. I had them sand blasted and powder-coated glossy black. They look brand freaking new. I can do Paypal and will ship for free UPS Ground with tracking info.

You got me! If you look in the 1st and 2nd pics the 2 tabs with the holes in them aren't long enough. I bought them off of another NICO member who had them on his '03 Pathy. Trust me I'd rather have them on my ride.

very weird, since all tail lights from 1996 to 2004 pathfinders AND Q's are interchangeable....

Honestly I couldn't tell you, that would be a question for the NICO webmaster.

O'Brien, please answer me on why the BP oil leak still hasnt been top hatted off yet

And a bump for the tail light guards if they havent sold. They look nice. Nissan should have sold these in the grey color they used for the grille guard.

what exactly is the purpose of tail light guards? i do plenty of wheeling and i've never encountered a situation where i thought to myself, "man, i wish i had tail light guards."

do people do lots of wheeling in reverse?

Always a chance of rolling over, and the last thing you want is a broken tail light..... Or a stray branch?

Or Looks? Yes I will go with Looks.

in a rollover, my tail lights getting scratched is the last thing i'll be worried about.

i still don't understand how it looks good. it serves absolutely no purpose. it doesn't even have poser qualities to it.

I like how they look to be honest, gives it a more muscular look. I just wish they were a LITTLE cheaper lol, and this wouldve been done, of course I need to know the brand also.

Yep, re: tailight broken on a rollover, meant that as a joke... With roof and sides smashed who cares about a tail light.

They're for protection against shopping carts at the grocery store parking lot. :chuckle:
Seriously though, they offer some sort of protection, however trivial.
I guess it's more of a look thing. Anywho, I like mine. I got them pretty cheap off ebay, though I won't say how cheap, to be fair to EmptyV.
