fresh sr swap small prob

i just finished my sr blacktop swap and finally got it road worthy again. I drove down the street like a block and it vibrates like mad. the car is a 91 hicas, abs lsd. i think the prob is the drive shaft the stock wouldn't fit right so i used the sr that came with the swap. i jacked rear end and put in gear and vibes through all gears. i have searched and some have said you could trim the collar no the trany. so should i put the stock one back in or should i look somewhere else.

p.s. i also noticed the shaft bearing that bolts to the car didnt line up right. my dad forced it over a bit and bloted it in place. dont think he should have but didnt know if it would make a diff. i am not a nemb to cars but this is my first sr swap never had a prob like this before . any help would be greatly appreciated
