fresh sr swap, fresh new transmission and a brand spakin new clutch.

car will start no problem, idles perfect, no motor problems

problems

start it up, step on clutch, put it in gear and release.. then nothing.dosent move, dosent affect idle, no sounds

while car is running, i can shift through all gears without using the clutch and nothing. dosent affect idle and no sounds or vibration. nothing.

clutch master, slave are good because i can see the slave push the fork normally.

I have perfect amount of play on the pedal so its not the clutch master to pedal rod.

tested transmission before drop in

the transmission was filled twice. guessing my friend helping me didnt know i filled it already. doubt this could be causing all my problems but im going to drain it and refill.

and when i step on the clutch pedal, normally i would feel a little more resistance in the pedal because of the fork and TO hitting the pressure plate but on my car i dont feel it. its nice and stiff but i dont feel it when it should be hitting the plate.

any ideals?

It's possible that the clutch disk was installed backwards.

When you look at a clutch disk, there's an inner hub that pertrudes outwards with 6 small springs mounted in it. When installing the clutch assembly, the clutch disk hub must point away from the flywheel, (pointing towards the rear).
