you can easily test ignitor and spark by taking coil pack off of spark plug and placing maybe a phillips head screwdriver in the coil and lay it on top off the head. now either you or a friend can crank the ignition and look for spark.

After you check your spark, check your wiring.

Also, have you pulled the CAS out and reset it? If so, did you go by the S14 CAS installation guide? If so, the S14 guide is 180 degrees off from the S13 in my experience.

well i tested my ignitor chip today on someone else's running sr and it fired right up so my ignitor is good...next thing, him and i talked about going back over my wireing. there is couple sensors i don't think are hooked up on my transmission do to different wiring connectors does the 5-speed have a nuetral sensor that wont let it spark if it's in gear just curious?

i guess i take my harness back out and start over and see what i come up with

well man, let me know what you come up with. yea, test the injectors by taking the CAS out of the head and reconnecting the wires to it and turn the rotor shaft by hand slowly-you should hear each injector click, and from my understanding this indicated two things: 1, your injectors work and 2, your CAS is good. if you have fuel sitting in the rail, turning the CAS will probably cause an injector to work and send the fuel down and it will ignite just as a caution(it kinda scared me,lol) hope this helps ya and if you get this solved soon, let me know because mine is at the shop now and maybe i can save some money. later...

ok well i didn't do that but i did take the fuel rail off with everything connected tried starting it and only the injector on the fire wall side injected fuel the other 3 just stayed dry... kind of dangerous but whatever works. i put a voltmeter on all the injectors they all read between11.3 and 11.5 so i think there good and if one injector is working i would asume that the wiring is fine, please correct me if i'm wrong about that , neway my last resort is ......a new ecu? hope someone has an idea thanks oh red #62 ecu

this is cool replying to myself ok well after i took the fuel rail off and did my injector test i swaped the wires and only the one (4 near fire wall) injector will fire, which might mean i have some bad injectors i had the fuel lines crossed at first so maby i got some trash in them.. neway to clean them or just buy new ones....anybody?

if the injectors arent putting out fuel then it doesnt matter what they read they obviously dont work..definately would seem like thats the problem to your engine not starting is lack of fuel..I would replace the 3 injectors and probably even the other one for the heck of it..you got to go with what you know and you know 3 of your injectors are bad so obviously that has to be taken care of..replace those and let us know what happens good luck man
