So I had to drive back to my house tonight, which was only like a block, and decided to test how easy it is to lose traction in fresh snow. With the 3.5 it just takes a tap on the pedal to get the 'slip' warning light. Too much raw power, oh well all the more entertaining to drive.

don't feel too special now...the 2.5 is exactly the same way. The tires that come stock on all the Altima Coupes have to be some of the worst on the market. A few weeks ago there was about .5-1 inch of snow on the road, and it crippled my 2.5. I could not start without spinning out like crazy regardless of how lightly i pushed the pedal. It didnt help that the way back home from work is mostly uphill for me

Yep, stock tires aren't too hot in the snow.
