So I just got my engine back in my truck yesterday. It started right up and ran fine, maybe idling a little rough. I wasn't going to do a full break in because it was late and I just wanted to hear it run momentarily. Well I went to start it today and break it in fully. Today though in order to start it i had to give it gas. And I also had to give it gas to keep it running. If i let it try and idle alone it gets really rough and dies out. I put a timing gun on it, right at 0. I made sure all the plugs are getting spark. They are.
Then I pulled the codes off the ECU and if someone could assist me in decoding them I'd appreciate it. It seems like 1 long. 2 long. 3 fast. 4 fast. 5 fast. :

I started to check the upper wiring harness connections to make sure everything was tight. Then I noticed a clicking sound when I was checking the injector wires. This plug in the picture physically clicks, as in i could hear and feel it if i put my finger on it. It was clicking just by me jiggling the upper wiring harness. (which its not even connected to) Here's a pic, I think its the S.C.V Control Solenoid Valve.

Also I started second guessing my timing job. So I took the valve cover off and noticed the black link wasn't by the punch mark. Soooo I took the whole front cover off and lined up the marks again. Then rotated the crank and noticed they were off after one rotation. Which come to find out is normal and it would take multiple rotations before they would line up again. :bang

Basically I just need some advice on what to try next. Also I'll note that the gas in the truck has sat in the tank for 5 months while it was apart. So maybe its possible that it needs fresh gas? Thanks!!

So a little more info. I got the timing back together today. Of course it made no difference since that wasn't the problem to begin with. I had my friend bring over his d21 so i could double check my vacuum lines. They were all correct. I put some fresh fuel in and some lucas injector cleaner and it didn't seem to make a difference. I did notice a pretty significant release of pressure as i removed the gas cap. I'm not sure if that is normal or not? What should I check next? Any suggestions would be great, Im getting pretty frustrated with the whole thing.
Also I took a video because there is some noise coming from the head which I hope is just lifters? You can also hear how the engine is idling... or not so much idling...
