Well I just rebuilt my ka-de. Used CP 9.0:1 forged pistons, Eagle H-beam rods, Clevite bearings, BC stage 2 cams, new timing kit, water pump, oil pump, pretty much everything is new besides the unneccesary parts lol. Just dropped it in a couple days ago and fired it up. It started fairly easy. It just has a steady miss to it. Set the timing where it needs to be. It missies at idle and a little off idle but when I gas it seems to disappear. I can't really rev it too much since nothing is broke in but Im just trying to pinpoint this miss. I've checked and double checked the timing so I'm pretty much rulling that out. I dunno if the ECT would cause this or not or what really. I'm gonna vacuum test it tomorrow but I'm just at a dead end and I wanna get it on the street lol. Anyone have any input? Any help would be great.

Ok, yeah I got the miss figured out. Ended up being the timing after all. Just had the dizzy off by a tooth. Now I keep over heating. I guess maybe I've got tons of air in it but it sucks. So for now I just took the thermostat out. I gotta drive it lol. Oh and if you're interested in buy some solid motor mounts, DONT DO IT. I just put some on mine drove it half a mile and ripped em back out. That mess sucked big time. Felt like my car was a giant chick toy or something. Going with poly mounts this time.
