Fresh build no start

Dear Sirs/Madams

I recently had my S13 redtop rebuilt. Woohoo right, not so! After the install I fired it up once to leak check it that night and in the morning I was going to break it in. But low and behold she will not fire. Mods are 264/264 cams, gt2871r .64 trim, valves, springs, cp pistons 8:5:1, 300zx maf, reflashed ecu by enthalpy, 650cc injectors deatschwerks. I've since changed out the ignitor chip since that was faulty. When I happen to get it too run, I have to back the fuel all the way off because it'll flood. Yes, I know this is the incorrect way to do it. And I'll probably get chastised and beaten but I've been working on this darn thing for two weeks trying to get her too sit and idle. My only success was this past Saturday she fired sat and idled, I was able to use a timing gun and I advanced the timing to 15 degrees. But when I revved it up to move it she simply sputtered and died. I am currently in the process of getting a new stock FPR should be here Wednesday. Additionally when it was idling and warm I tried revving it and the rev was sluggish poor and didn't get past 4,000rpm. I've already swapped MAFs. Yes!!! I should've just driven it the first time it started. If anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated.

Turns out my Nismo FPR took a poop. Got a fresh one good too go. I'm doing the mototune break so hopefully things will be good. JGY just got their dyno so as soon as it's setup. I may be going up there too get tuned.
