ForwardAir is teh cheapest but they dont deliver so you need a hoist of some kind and a p/u truck.

Forward Air is airport to airport, they will load & unload it on a truck for you at the terminal, at least they do at MCO (Orlando Int'l) but you still gotta get it there.

Also try Yellow Freight, they've been OK to work with.

Where's it coming from?

I've used Fedex freight a couple of times. I sent a transmission(225 lbs) to NJ from OR for $200.

OK. How much do you guys think a Q motor with guides done with 150,000 miles on it should go for. The motor also has a record on it as far as oil changes and stuff goes.

As far as shipping goes I would hope not to pay anymore than $500. What do you guys think?

Honestly I wouldnt buy a Q engine with 150k without SERIOUS work...

Just not feasible. Get a JDM takeout engine!

Here's the one I bought recently for $700 plus $140 shipping. You could ask the seller if he has anymore. It has not been installed but my mechanic checked it out and said it looked good.

Might try the auto transport board. Lots of these guys will haul parts (or anything) if it works out. http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/...97326
