This is the correct, part, right?

How easy of a job is it is to install them? I've got rust in my block and now that the engine's out I can scrape that crap out.

According to partsbase it is the proper part for th CA18DET block:

Thanks for the confirmation. From what I've been reading it's pretty easy to replace them.
