Ok, i need to get a freeze plug to put back in the block because the one we pulled out of a vg30 was just a tad too small. Can anyone with a micrometer or anyone that knows the size please tell me what it is because i gotta get a new one!

the part # is 00933-1301A, which is also used on Z31 / D21 VG30/VG30E motors (SOHC), also in alot of other motors.. E16 and CD17 series motors from B11 and B12's, etc, all the CA's obviously, and any other VG30E's

Nissan calls it "PLUG-WELCH"

Well we pulled a plug from a 90ish pathfinder but i guess when they pulled it they could have bent it to make it not fit so well. The plug was kinda snug in the ca but it blew out without any glue after 30 minutes. I should probly try to pull another one better and use some glue and jb weld to make sure. You have any idea how much the piece would cost from nissan bio??

While looking in Japan FAST noticed that one of the listings actually says D=50MM (D presumably would be diameter) so there's your size. Was going to see if it listed a price in yen but there isn't one for that part.. so dunno the cost.

Well napa has a full set (like 9) for $4... A job that should cost $600+ is going to cost $4 plus some glue...
