DeatschWerks is looking for a NICO member with a turbo KA24e and tuning experience to beta test our new KA24e injector application. These injectors will be direct replacements for the stock KA24e injectors. Sizes available are 310cc, 370cc, 400cc, 440cc, 550cc, 600cc (plus 650cc and 750cc on an as-available basis)

We will need feedback on fitment, idle, cold-start, afr stability, etc. WBO2 data would be a plus.

In return for your time, effort, and feedback, the chosen beta tester will receive their injectors FREE OF CHARGE.

If you are interested please contact David Deatsch at [email protected] Please include a breif description of your set up including engine management system and tuning experience.

Thanks,David

Someone should pick up on this! An AWESOME oppertunity to get yourself a free set of high quality injectors. If you offer to do this, though, make sure you can give those guys at deatschwerks some excellent feedback: they deserve it!

not without tuning... i have KA-ET and work at turning shop but it'll cost more than injectores to test it.

i am up for the challenge..... I am finishing up my 3rd kae-t soon but i need a set of injectors.... I would prob. go with a set of the 440's because my goal is about 250-300 hp. DeviousKA will be doing a tune on my ECU which is prob the best person out there for tuning SOHC ecu's. I should have my motor done by the end of this month.....

the setup will include:Arias 9:1 comp. pistons.stock rodsclevite bearingsminor P&P on head with turbo cam regrind & 3 angle valve grindGarrett t3 super 60 turbo w/internal WGJRC FMICfully balanced of bottom endrps max clutchI do have a safc II installed in the car right now but may get rid of it in favor of the tuned ECU.I will be using a innvoative LM-1 wideband to tune with (alread own)

I tuned my previous 2 kae-t's myself with no problems.

I'm running dsm 450's kae-t. Only on a safc, but I've got a wideband. If I'm eligible I'd like to put my name in for some 440 or 550's.

As soon as I am up and running, I've used 460cc in the past. Stock block, 15psi on an RX-7 turbo, SAFCII and wideband.I'd like to try the 550cc for more boost.I'll let you know when the car is running.

I was wondering does the car have to be turbo.

Right now I have a stock block and I’m running.

I pretty much have everything ready to run a trubo setup which I will be as soon as I get all my small issues worked out. So pretty much I can test a pair of Injectors out on a N/A setup. I do however have the JGS Turbo kit, which I will be installing at the End of May.

If we can work something out can you please e-mail me at [email protected]

Thank you
