Ummm, it's unmarked...

I the cop didn't let me go in and take a pic (inside their parking lot thing) so I got an outside shot. How do you prove an unmarked car ??? can you see the Police bikes behind the car ???

There needs to be evidence of it being a police car. (Lights on the rear deck, lights/camera on the front windshield, etc) something that proves its a police car.

For the City Bus find: what if we don't live in a city, but a public bus comes and goes, like this for example:

if a bus like this goes through my town everyday, but also goes all over the place, would it count?

I went back and the lady didn't let me in the gate, originally she was like no we have no pics of an unmarked charger.I said no I need to take a picture then she said oh no I'm sorry... I was like whatever then.

There's more to that story she was being really difficult and didn't understand anything I was saying. So sorry no other pics of the charger.
