Arthur comes visits me at work. my job is on 34 and 5av and unfortunately i am their every sunday from 7am to 10pm he comes by and we have a smoke and talk about cars its like a weekly meet. then we have our own AutoX from the city to Brooklyn down the FDR to the BQE and down the belt parkway

oh thats my bumper badger i flip it out of my trunk every time i park dont want anyone messing up my bumper when they park behind me....

It's a crown vic thing.. a lot of police may have something other than a ford, especially now..

They are also present on regular crown vics (enthusiasts like badges) if the owner decided he wanted to stick it on..
