As info, Shady Brook Farms (yardley PA) is once again hosting free cruise nights on Tuesday evenings from 5-9pm. Any type car or condition is welcome to attend. They serve good cheap food and icecream. Usually between 200-400 cars show up, and they give out trophies. It's a fun, casual evening, and a lotta folks begin arriving around 5pm.

It attracts a wide variety of cars both American/foreign, street rod/stock, barn find or concours, antique or new, It's a fun evening with enthusiasts, and a nice spot for a NICO mini-meet.

Very friendly, easy going crowd and it's completely free to show your car or just walk around. 1st one is May 8th (the Tuesday before Carlisle) and it runs until late August.

Here's a link to the various theme nights (all that means is they earmark a few of the trophies to the themed vehicles), You can still bring anything on any given week and possibly drive home with a trophy.

Hope to see some of you there.

Just a quick bump. The free cruise nights continue. Averaging between 250 and 400 cars every Tuesday. If you register (which is also free), you might go home with a trophy. It's a fun evening. If you're in the area, please stop by and check it out..

So every body comes out and you can ride in some themed cars or as a pack or what?

Sounds fun. It looks like its just alittle out of reach for me. 3+ hours one way is not attractive lol

It's an old fashioned weekly park/bring a lawn chair/hang out evening. It's a local family farm with a store/ice cream parlor. Everyone parks in either their paved parking lot or gigantic field (more like a giant lawn). They welcome any make/model/type/condition vehicle and hand out 15 trophies each week (5 for the theme, 10 genera) can't win more than 1 trophy per year, and they're not stuffy. (My mostly stock Z with track rash even won a trophy once - :chuckle: ). Parking/Registration/showing your car is all free, and no spam if you decide to register which takes under a minute.

The food (which includes an ice cream parlor), is good and very cheap. the only downside is they don't allow burnouts. Many car clubs have get-togethers there.

Thought I'd bump this thread rather than make a new one. Cruise night returns to lower Bucks County PA every other Tuesday beginning 4/22/14 but at a new location. The new location is Double Eagle Golf at Snipes Farm. 860 W. Bridge Street, Morrisville, PA 19067.

Very easy to get to, right off Route 1. For those unfamiliar, Double Eagle Golf has two fun miniature golf courses, a driving range, plus a nice pitch 'n putt course. All of Double Eagle's golf activities will be open as normal, so you can combine golfing fun and checking out some great cars.

The cruise night registration is completely free and you just register once good for the entire season. No spam. Any make/condition car is welcome. Once you have a number, you just show up and park. There will also be music, inexpensive food/ice cream plus they award trophies every week, 5 of which go toward the theme of the night.

the cruise nights run every other Tuesday with the off Tuesdays acting as rain dates.

Here are the dates/themes.

April 22 - Best Detailed car

May 6 Chevy night (excluding chevelle /Camaro)

May 20 Pontiac

June 3 Olds/Buick

June 17 Mustang

July 1 Corvette

July 15 Mopar

July 29 Ford

August 12 AMC and Cobra

August 26 Chevelle/Camaro

September Classic imports (1980 or older)

September 23 Street Rod/rat rod

Any make/year/model car is welcome during any theme week. Hours go from 5 pm til dusk, and will be very similar to the Shady Brook farm type of show.
