Free Bose Head Unit (needs repair)

Hey Guys,

Haven't been over here in a while. Anyways, went through the garage and found my original I30 Head Unit (before I got the G). It's the P2083-D I think.

It had the screen flicker and "CD Err" problems and I tried to repair it, but I ended up just buying one on eBay off a 97 and having that one repaired (big mistake as it didn't sound as good). This unit still has the analog EQ which IMO sounds 50x better. I used to make ricers mad because my stock Bose sounded better than there 2k watt aftermarket systems lol.

So here's the "catch". You have to pay shipping. I think USPS has a priority mail flat rate box that I can put this in (it's the more cubical shaped one). If so, shipping would probably be $11-$12.

You can use this one for parts or you can send it to Short Circuit (one of our sponsors) for repair.

I also have the woodgrain trim with the little pop-out drawer. I'd like to get $12 for that + shipping.
