For those of us that are interested in computer aided design:
You can go to the facebook page 'autodesk student' And follow it to their website. If you are a student.. (or claim to be a student) you can download full versions of all of the autodesk/autocad software. Along with many tutorials and workshops the program offers. Pretty cool stuff, just thought I would give you guys a heads up.

Autodesk inventor is pretty cool, its similar to solidworks. heads up, you need a .edu email address to download the student versions.

And the student versions also mushroom stamp all your models as drawings so if you ever open it up in a retail version it will say that on there. If you're doing it for fun it won't matter but if you're doing it for something work related probably not so good.

Krash,
I actually used a gmail account for my account. I have an edu address, but did not use it. Wasn't aware of the stamp. Is it still editable with the master software?
