actually i took it in for a rattling noise, and they kept me up to date with the car, daily phone calls, cuz they had to order the parts they didnt have in stock and they called everyday until the car was done to let me know how everything was moving along.so yeah i was pleased with their service dept.
nothing against IPAC service, but the salesperson just may have been bs'ing me with that fee. with gunn, i got the same coupe with convenience package for $3000 less than ipac for just a base coupe with no packageeven tho gunn is all the way in BFE from me and ipac is less than 10mins im happy i went with gunn, but thats just me
