Freaking HUD I need help lol

So my HUD Speedometer not working and no back light...Also No mileage is being recorded...
So bought one and the guy swears it was working but I put in mine same damn thing....
I tried changing the cap that everyone said always goes out but did a bad soider job so I bought a new one and same thing.....


Could it be something else?

Oh and ps. I think it is totally separate but my low beams do not work anyone have a diagram so I can trace the problem??

I think there is a FSM section at this site that might cover wiring diagram. I could be wrong but I think I saw it once maybe under tech.
