For the turbo or mani??? Try ratcheting wrenches. Sometimes you can only get a small turn best to have one person holding the wrench on the nut and someone else applying force....

i just finished rebuilding my motor and had problems with the same bolt. the only way i found was to use a crows foot.

This is a Crows foot,

If you can't access that bolt, try removing the compressor housing.

I cut a bolt short for that one.. Its gay. I think I just used a normal open end wrench and fought with it..

Congrats on getting the car together...!!

A shorty open end wrench works great as well. I would recommend a crow's foot like Brian suggests for at least the final tightening as you can get more leverage with a 3/8" sicket wrench than a shorty.

take the compressor housing off and you can get to the bolt with no problems
