I have a 94 nissan 4x4 and it has holes in the frame on the outerside towards the wheels. the inside is in very good condition. i was just wondering if i ran about 350-400 rwhp would i have to sleeve the frame or even repair it at all. The hole is about 4-5 inches long and an inch to 2 in height. It's the same on both sides too. I really just dont want to torque the frame.

what are these holes from? are the designed into the frame or is it desolving from rust? if its the latter I wouldnt even try to increase the hp to that vehicle . If its part of the frame design just have plates welded to either side of the frame rails to strengthen them.
