I dont want my frame of my s13 fastback to be messed up in a couple of years of drifting. Post parts that u own and price u bought it for and how well it would help and how much u liked it. THANKS!

Your frame will be fine unless you hit stuff that doesn't move. Look into getting a roll cage and seam welding if you are serious about it. Seam welding is pretty extreme.

how about chassis foaming the rocker panels, and the a pillars. Im doing that and spot welding my new chassis. Just make sure you get the correct foam, otherwise it attracts water and rust.

Tanabe has some chassis reinforcement bars/braces. Also a roll cage would help, and I guess strut tower bars. Seam welding for sure but yea that is a bit of overkill imho.

These guys are right though, odds are quite high the car will get wrecked in some way or another before the chassis warps to a state of uselessness. Something will happen to it before it dies of natural causes. No drift car dies of natural causes =p

How is seam welding over kill? Most places charge 45 an hour to seam weld... not bad if you ask me.

I just meant in terms of car prep--that you don't need to spend money on seam welding to be able to have aan acceptable drift machine.

But, I admit I didn't know how much it cost and that's not overkill price-wise.
