frame rail damage

s13 seems to have bottomed out hard possibly more than once. entire length of the frame rails are squashed up slightly. is this common? how does it effect the alignment and handling? is the car scrap?

nah it wont hurt it unless it hit so hard it tore a whole in the metal otherwise just ignore it.

actually, the rear of the last hole on both frame rails is torn out. Theres also what looks to be a jack puncture in the center side of one. Its the multiple damage points which concern me as well as the lengths of the squashed sections. The rear seems to sit correctly but I'm worried that the subframe might be somewhat bent if it absorbed that impact.

I guess I'll have to get it onto a lift and have a pro look at it.
