frame rail damage?

I just bought a 95 240SX SE and after crawling under it I see that it has frame rail damage. It looks like someone tried to lift the car by it's middle frame rails (under the front seat area towards the rear). They are all crumpled and bent out of shape. Other than the frame rails there is no other damage though, and the car drives just fine (as far as I can tell). Should I be concerned? Should I get it fixed or is it not a big deal?

Take it in to a body shop just to be sure that it is structurally sound and it wont cause a problem.

Although it may be that a jack slipped off the lift point and hit that area but just thought. It should'nt be a problem but just to be sure take it in.
