Does anyone have frame dimensions? More-so around the bend

I'm not to sure how to better describe, but up north salt is bad , frame is weak needs to be re-inforced needs to get an insert

im going to assume that you have a hole in the drivers side rail under the brake booster ?

the layout of the rail is rather simple, the bottom of the firewall is a 45* angle, and i beleive the distance from the top of the frame @ the floor to the top of the frame in the engine bay is 8" on the vertical and something like 11.313 along the firewall

ive never checked what the reinforcement is in this area, because im not going to use it on my rebuilt tube frame setup

i also dont know what the dimensions of the rails themselves are, as im building my frame w/ totaly different tubing

I have no clue which year car you have. That link will take to you to all years of the car. If you have an S13, look at the BF section, if you have an S14, look at the BT section. Those sections will give you all unibody dimensions

those are unibody crash damage repair measurements, and they all reference off of available holes in the chassis. they are of no use for rebuidling a rotted section of chassis

Thanks alot, i noticed your diagram was for an s14 i'm assuming the same specs don't apply to an s13 (93')

actually my specs are for an s13, its just i had a picture of an s14 open at the time and used that for the tracing of the body outline real quick

tomorrow if i remember ill get some additional meaurements off my car for ya that should help you out some more
