My frame is bent on my drivers side & I already have all the replacement parts but am affraid I cannot fit on my new tension rod bracket therefore messing with the rest of the suspension.I mocked it up and the thread holes werent even close. Seems like the only one that'll fit is the bent tension rod bracket but if I put that one on then the rest (control arms, end links, tierod, etc) wouldn't be straight/align properly. Here are some pictures.
What would you guys reccommend?
You think cutting and welding another front end chassiss would be best(obviously imo).
or you guys think i can get away with trying to bang/pull it enough to align the threads together and tighten up everything and hope everything else aligns aswell?
Anyone have any tips/advice/info for me ?
Aswell as any helpful tools to help me ?
Also would be happy if someone can provide me with some pricing estimates for the options I have.
any input is welcome. feel free to leave your two cents.

It's also just that side portion. otherside seems fine.

Wow that looks rough...
You could try making a slide hammer or something and threading it in to some of those holes to try to pull the metal out, and heat/hammer on the sides. Tough to say without seeing it in person.

Even cutting and welding would be tough... trying to get everything back into the same position it was in.

I'd think you'd want a chassis rig, some lasers and strings or wire, and a big hammer. I also think you want to re-align the front with the entire car, especially the mounting points in the rear for your subframe. What good is having a straight front end that doesn't line up with the rear? None. You need to restore the alignment of the overall wheelbase and chassis, roll pitch and yaw. It's 3D and all matters.

I'd have a frame shop do it. Actually, I'd get a non-bent chassis and give this one a dirt nap. I'm sure a soda can could be crushed and bent back into shape, but I'd rather just have a new soda can. It's not always an option for everyone, but it's the preferred way I'm thinking.

Pricing? That's based upon the work desired, your location and schedule. I think you'd have to get a quote from a frame shop who sees the car in person.

I thought about it a bit more and figured if your are going to tackle this on your own, you might want to use some diagonal measurements from the front left to the rear right mounting points and have those equal the measurements form the front right to the left rear. That and level the rear. Maybe use a leveling laser to make sure the front is on the same level plane as the rear. That should help avoid any twisting in your results. Maybe instead of a big hammer, you can use ropes and a hydraulic press or jack to slowly bend stuff back into place instead of whacking with a blunt like the big hammer.
