I swapped my pump for a 255lph with the KA still in the car and it didn't perceptibly change my A/F, nor should it if the FPR is still in good condition. For me it was with a stock FPR with 250,000 miles on it. Your CA's stock FPR should handle it fine.jt15833 wrote:i cant just run walrbo 255 with stock injectors/fpr at 12psi ? will it be too rich to bare?
Yes! I don't know why everyone always gets the 255HP. The regular 255 (not high pressure) is MORE than enough fuel... And seeing as the CA uses a very low base fuel pressure, the high pressure option is virtually useless.Zero260 wrote:if you're worried about fuel regulator over-run get a 190lph unit instaed of 255lph. 190 is what factory supras used, and that was good for like 400 crank hp.
the stock injectors are good for much more than that, I've seen them used upto 280bhp with the standard FPR and 315 with raised pressurenismoplsr wrote:The stock 370cc injectors and stock CA T25 can support 200whp at their limits. I am not sure what the 240sx pump can handle but if everyone says replace that. If you replace the pump you would want to get an adjustable FPR just so you can regulate the pressure with the new pump properly.
