getting exhaust/intercooler soon and am planning to turn the boost up to around 12-13 psi on ca t25. definetly getting a new fuel pump, but not sure about other fuel mods. i hear the stock fpr is good til about 500hp if your not on small injectors. i dont think ill exceed 200 whp with this setup or in the near future. here are the options i see available

*walbro 255 and dsm 450's ?

*walrbo 255 and nismo fpr ? (hate how sr bolts up but needs modding? would rather not mess with that)

* maybe thisll work? not sure? walbro 190lph and stock injectors/fpr?

The stock fpr is more than good enough for you. I woudlnt even think about buying one yet. Your stock injectors will also hold you over for a while. A fuel pump is a must though. And I would drop that ca turbo real fast and pick up an sr t25 or t28.

Yes, you'll need an safc/emanage/any kind of piggy back if you upgrade the injectors. The car will run just fine on a walbro w/ stock fpr. Theres lots of people on here pushing in the 300hp range on the stock fpr.

The stock 370cc injectors and stock CA T25 can support 200whp at their limits. I am not sure what the 240sx pump can handle but if everyone says replace that. If you replace the pump you would want to get an adjustable FPR just so you can regulate the pressure with the new pump properly.

if you're worried about fuel regulator over-run get a 190lph unit instaed of 255lph. 190 is what factory supras used, and that was good for like 400 crank hp.

I swapped my pump for a 255lph with the KA still in the car and it didn't perceptibly change my A/F, nor should it if the FPR is still in good condition. For me it was with a stock FPR with 250,000 miles on it. Your CA's stock FPR should handle it fine.

Yes! I don't know why everyone always gets the 255HP. The regular 255 (not high pressure) is MORE than enough fuel... And seeing as the CA uses a very low base fuel pressure, the high pressure option is virtually useless.

the stock injectors are good for much more than that, I've seen them used upto 280bhp with the standard FPR and 315 with raised pressure
