So i just recieved my rb20 i ordered and i have found some parts to be damaged and i need to replace them ASAP!!!!
THESE ARE JUST PICS ON THE WEB... NOT THE ACTUAL ONES

1.) So i noticed that the AC pulley (the bottom pulley) was bent pretty bad, not the rod just the sides of the pulley, Could i use the KA one?? or the rb25?
ITS THE PULLEY AT THE VERY VERY BOTTOM

2.) On the intakemani, there is the FPR nipple and a brake booster nipple connecting the hoses to the mani. well the nipple parts of those screws were bent off.... is there any replacements i could use from a different engine???

3.) so on the top of my turbo where the intercooler piping connects, there is another nipple that was welded into the piping..does anyone have a clue what it is? i searched some pics of the stock ones non of them had that...

its on the top pipe right after you put the piping on..

your help would very much be apperciated!!!

I can help with two of your questions.

2) The nipples should be a screw in type. Just unscrew the broken ones and head to a hardware store and match them up to new ones. just make sure the thread and nipples are the sizes you want.

3) The nipple on the intercooler piping after the elbow should be for the wastegate actuator. Someone put it there because it's a more accurate reading for the wastegate and that way they didn't have to run a vacuum line all the way across the motor.

I don't know about the pulley because my car doesn't currently have AC on it.

the a/c is pretty difficult to make it work on a rb 240, i have never had a/c on my car since i swapped my rb26 in back in 07' but if you can make a custom a/c compressor bracket to use the ka a/c and custom a/c lines, im pretty sure you could get it to work. but the way i think of it, race cars dont have a/c but atleast you can have heat.
