I have a big28 also.

Before I upgraded my injectors and MAF, I ran 8psi (stock wastegate) daily for a while.

But now I run 15psi.

At 7psi, you will be fine. But the stock fuel system will not support much more than that.

you could possibly get away with 10psi but you should really have something to keep tabs of Airflow % or Duty Cycle.

With the cams you will not want to run over 9-10 PSI

10 PSI on a motor with cams will flow the same amount of airflow as a stock motor at higher boost.

Dont use the Autometer A/F gauge to keep track of anything. It may very well be the most useless gauge ever made and wont tell you anything.

As for your setup, Id keep it around 8psi or lower for fear of maxing out your injectors and/or MAF. Upgrade your injectors, MAF, and get it tuned and then you can push 14psi all day

thats kind of a tough question. u can try and ask force performance to see if they know their turbo or just go to a dyno when u get it.

edit. wats the power rating on a fp28? the website doesnt say

its flow is good to almost 350whp. i guess more could be possible. ive always noticed the huge amount of torque from this turbo compared to other turbos. A guy ran a 11.7x or something at 121mph. Thats pretty fast for a small turbo like the FP28
