my z has a strong smell of gasoline when i drive, and it has terrible mpg. tonight after work i decided to tighten all 20 fuel clamps, unfortunately the smell was still there when i drove. I decided to take a look underneath the car and found two leaks.

This is the first leak that i found near the passenger side in the front.

The second leak i found was closer to the drivers side here.

Any idea what these two leaks are from? help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

Those are your tension rod bushings leaking.

So you think they're both the tensioner rod bushings?
I thought they both looked like different leaks

The leak could also be the power steering return line. If its on the passenger side, very likely. Tension rods do have a liquid in the bushing.

Touch the fluid, if it feels thick and sticky, it's the ten rod bushings.
