Found the ticking/rattling noise. Timing chain?

If you are looking at the engine from the front of the car, its coming from the left side near the top, where you fill the engine oil. Its sounds like its behind the plate that is on this end of the engine. Timing chain?

Sure sounds like it, but it may not be the chain itself. It could be one/or more of the chain tensioners. You won't know until you remove the front cover.
