Found something cool with Apple Siri.

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

If your iphone/ipad is connected to the car via Bluetooth. You can ask Siri with the car's microphone and Siri will respond with the car Stereo. Like when you are placing a telephone call.

Basically it treats Siri like if you were using the phone to make a call. So it will interrupt any sound in the car to respond back to you.

It would be so cool to have either the voice or call button on the steering wheel activate Siri.

I didn't know this since I have an android phone, which I can only use when the car is in Aux/Bluetooth mode.

Yes indeed it works. But you can't use the steering wheel button to activate Siri. You need to press the Siri button in the iPhone. Too bad.

Maybe it's time to switch to an iPhone. :chuckle:
