It says they fit 00-04. '02-04 were I35's. The look like they will fit, but you never know until you try it.

They'll fit, but they're halogen headlamps ONLY.

If you have an I35 or I30t with OEM HID then the low beams won't plug directly in.

You could overcome that with a HID retrofit kit (not recommended) or an OEM HID projector retrofit.
