This car makes it into my dreams once in a while

Wow, I leased an 1988 for my wife, exact same color. the last reliable ford vehicle I've had. Really enjoyed it too. I do remember the sensitive brakes especially when they were cold, and it rode like a baby carriage. Wonderful road trip vehicle, and everyone used to move over to let you buy 'cause they thought it was an unmarked police car.A33 wrote:Interesting, a friend of mine had pretty much the exact same car. I think the only difference was it had Corvette Rallys on it instead of hubcaps, comfy car though for sure.
I had one of these for my first car and despised it at the time:
I have my times I miss it now, it was extremely comfortable and nice to drive. The brakes would throw you through the winshield if you weren't careful though
Yeah it was an excellent car and pretty classy even in 2000, all of my buddies thought it was a cool car, but I thought it was lame at the time and was pretty hard on itBubba1 wrote:Wow, I leased an 1988 for my wife, exact same color. the last reliable ford vehicle I've had.
